We’re Thankful for You and Your family!

Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus

(1 Thess. 5:16-18).

During the next 24 hours, people around the world will come together to celebrate generosity and make an impact. At CLTI, we exist to bring both short-term and lasting change to communities through Education, Discipleship, and Entrepreneurship. We have accomplished so much with your partnership and generous giving.

On this Giving Tuesday, I want to share with you a historic moment for CLTI and RICA. First, we graduated the FIRST class of 35 students from Riverview International Christian College (RICA) on November 25, 2023.We were joyfully joined by hundreds of parents, grandparents, community residents, and local and national leaders for this occasion. This would not have been possible without YOU. Thank you for being a part of this historical moment.

(l) RICA Valedictorian Jamsetter Freeman (r) Jefferson Polay, Director of Operations RICA

When we first introduced the vision in 2015 to build a college preparatory high school, we prayed that God would not only bring supporters and partners alongside us but also those who would also be committed to our mission and vision. Jefferson Polay is a young man who became a part of our ministry in 2015 as a member attending our discipleship meetings and later took the helm as our discipleship coordinator. Jefferson has been a recipient of your prayers and scholarship assistance and graduated from ABC University last week. Jefferson has been promoted to join RICA full time as its Director of Operations. We want to welcome Jefferson and are so excited for what God is going to do at RICA through him.

As we end 2023, I reflect on the words of RICA’s valedictorian who urged her fellow graduates to persevere with integrity and hard work as they move into the next phase of their life journey. As we set to do the same, will you join us on this Giving Tuesday and support one of our ongoing projects?

  • $50,000 to complete our primary academic building to complete the state-of-the-art science lab, add two computer labs, complete the painting and finishing work.
  • $55,000 to complete the RICA cafeteria that will serve as a dining hall, chapel and conference center.
